When we booked online with this hotel it said we would pay at the property. Then when we were checking in we are informed they don't accept cash as payment even though it was reserved with my card. It could've been charged if there were damages or missing items. So not sure why they wouldn't accept cash but either way we left.

Best western is best western do not fall for new big buildings. They have the same cheap mentality even though they charge you 100$+.nWe checked in April 2nd at night after 9 hours drive when we were exhausted. First thing we saw that there was a big party at the lobby area and no one wearing a mask even the guy who helped us. He looked confused, he said he printed out all the reservations but he had difficulty to find our reservation. He assigned us a first floor room next to pool and very close to lobby area. Meanwhile my husband was filling the forms, he gave me a couple of forms to fill out if we want a breakfast service to our rooms. Then I asked the breakfast hours, he confused again he said might be until 11 am. When we arrive our rooms, we noticed very loud music coming from the next door and also notice from the pool and from the lobby area. We immediately asked to change the room. The next day, when we came to breakfast, there were a rude lady on the reception and said no breakfast because we did not filled out a form. Those forms the guy mentioned yesterday was for the todays's breakfast. All the info he gave us was wrong even the hours. They also have very bad pillows bring your own pillows. Overall I feel like mislead and did not get what I paid for.

We have been staying with best Western for over a week now everyone has been immaculate clean so I felt comfortable with booking with Best Western we have been driving for 14 hours and we found this best Western we were all super tired we booked a room then when we got to our room the beds look clean everything look clean until further inspection the bathtub has a mold horseshoe ring around it things look like they’ve not been wiped down and sanitized this is very scary since it’s during Covid19 The door lock has been broke off looking as though someone has kick the Door in smell of animal feces is in the carpet I know this because my son likes to push his trucks on the floor and now he was afraid to get on the carpet or even touch it the refrigerator is nasty I am very disappointed it is best western and this is the one I got for free I guess the true saying stands you pay for what you get I’m saddened by this and now I’m going to go home and give my family and I bleach baths I’m too scared to use the shower here because it looks so ud83eudd2e to put such a nasty review but I think anyone that’s traveling long-distance like we are needs to know about the small things like this unhappy with best Western in Jackson Tennessee

Clean rooms, very nice and handsome man in the front. Sketchy individuals around but lock your vehicle, and doors. You will be fine. No issues. They provide a grab and go breakfast no matter how early you leave. I left at 4AM and they still offered me one.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in! If you need a Hotel that takes pets, DO NOT STAY HERE! Nasty carpets, and I mean filthy! TV did not work, walked all the way from the back of the hotel in the rain to inquire about the TV, because the phone did not work! Needless to say the issue with the TV did not get resolved! I don’t know if it was because I ask for a pet room are what, but I’m telling you, I did not even want my puppies on the floor! Did not fell safe, loud booming music, loud cars! Checked in at 8pm, checked out at 3am. Could not take the conditions of the room any longer!
