All carpets are filthy.nOur bathroom wasn't cleaned. We already removed soiled towels. There is used soap in the bathtub. The floor around the toilet is dirty. There is an empty toilet paper roll on the dispenser. We need clean wash cloths and hangers for our closet.nThe coffee maker has old grounds in it. There is no creamer or sugar.nnWe got moved to a different room. The curtains are falling down. No chair in the room. Only one night stand. The drawers won’t stay closed on the dresser and have scotch tape stuck onto it to keep it closed. Mr. Personality didn’t speak when we came in, and was even less helpful when we explained our issues.nnI’m afraid to see what breakfast is like. ud83dude41

Thank you la quinta Jackson! We got a much much needed rest after the longest day. It was a comfort knowing the area was safe, the rooms were clean and the mini fridge and microwave was awesomly unexpected blessing. And we were able to have the dogs with us at a great deal! You gave us the much needed boost to continue our journey! From the check in to the check out .. again Thank You

I have stayed at this property over the last few years when paving through and it was very pleasant and well kept. Now, the lobby smelled like food was being cooked, poorly lit and very grubby. The room was disgusting. Carpet stained, bathroom did not look clean. Only good thing the clerk was polite when we went back to the lobby to say there was no way we could stay there. The outside parking lot poorly lit, garbage on the ground. Sad because this was a nice stop over hotel. Now? GROSS

Night staff were very professional and helpful, even asked about my day. Not everyone does that. Room was good. Plenty of parking. If the parking lot had a little more lighting it would be better, in my opinion. Everything worked like it was supposed to.
