It’s been over a year since we stayed in a hotel, so it was a shock to find out the pool was closed and there was no breakfast. It’s one of the most expensive Wyndham hotels, so a little notice would have been nice. We could have switched hotels but it wasn’t worth the hassle. The fridge also doesn’t work but it’s cold enough outside and again it’s not worth the hassle To get it fixed or switch rooms. The front desk person was nice, but if you are looking for a quick layover with nice amenities this is probably not the place.
The pictures tricked me. The brochure said sound proof, I heard people coming in and out all night. Not the worse part, I was on the 1st floor and I could gear every conversation, cause everybody congregated right in front of my non smoking window to smoke and argueud83eudd26ud83cudffe♀ufe0f The two stars are for the bed and the front desk receptionist friendly demeanor. I think the room could have been great if the table wasn't broken and the original remote to the television was present. Cleanliness, iffy, there were lashes left on the tv stand and dirty water in the coffee potud83eudd2e The area wasn't too hot either.
Booked one of the presidential suites with the jacuzzi tub. For a Saturday night rate wasn't horrible, room was HUGE and the tub was amazing! The manager Brad was fantastic and was very helpful explaining the tub controls and where to find stuff.
The front desk guy was great... but I had called ahead of time to see if the pool was open at that specific location. Their central office told me it was, but it had actually been closed for 10 months!! The central office bold faces lied to me to get our business!
A clean room for a good price. Comfortable bed and pillows made resting easy. No breakfast but that's to be expected from anywhere currently. Friendly office staff when checking in.
