Very friendly service. Attentive and wiling to provide alternatives. I was searching for a smoking room. While they didn't have any listed. I was politely given an ash tray and told that it was OK to smoke in the room. The accommodations are simple. Queen size bed was comfy. Room has a fridge and microwave. Hair dryer, ironing board. Even a love seat and coffee table. Few issues that some might find more troublesome than I. Such as, the light switches are backwards. Up is off down is on. Multiple lamps didn't work. Lack of outlets in general and the phone is far away from the bed. Relatively clean. Water temperature was warm enough, bot super hot as some may want. The parking is very difficult. You have to enter the Taco Bell drive thru to enter parking lot. And there are steep steps uphill to reach first floor rooms. Other roommates Tvs can be heard. It helps to drown out the noise. Roaring engines, sound systems bumping. It is extremely noticeable from the Taco Bell and busy intersection proximity. Close to anything you'd want in Jackson. Overall experience was pleasant. Only rated 3 stars based on people whom are used to more modern amenities. And possibly uncomfortable with motel style rooms. I would highly recommend for those on a budget.

If I could give 0 stars I would, but they did have like 15 movie channels. Lol. Our towels, hand towels, and wash clothes were dirty. The shower was so bad it was unusable. The room had gnats flying all over the place. The floors were dirty. It smelled horrible. Broken doors and drawers. We cut our trip short. Never stay here.

After checking in and going to our rooms we were very disappointed to say the least. We tried turning on the lights in one of the rooms to no luck. We tried every lamp in the room, literally the only working light bulb was in the bathroom area. The other room we paid for, the door was ajar before we even entered and the lights were on. Someone had clearly been in that room recently and was also very evident by the askew bed linens. Needless to say, we asked the front desk for a refund nearly immediately. I will say they did refund our money politely and quickly. Avoid this place if you can.

Checked in and knew before I entered the building I made THE WRONG TURN! This place was like a horror movie from the second you pull in. We entered our room which by my surprise wasnt too bad visibly until you glanced at the bedding. That sight was part 2 of the movie. No joke.nI high tailed my yellow behind straight to the front desk where the receptionist was more than willing to help me exit the horror film. Customer service 5 stars. Property itself bro i tell you there is no rating.

Beds are sunk in, yes the outside temp is 15 but I’ve stayed in other Days Inn in colder weather and the heater kept the room warm but not here. The 3 of us including our 8 year old froze. We did find our electric heater in the moving truck so that helped. The key cards to the door do not work making it difficult to load stuff into car. We are moving so this was a one night stay. Driving across country.
