Five stars is not enough credit for Rainbow International of Brockton. After a Nor'easter had caused water damage to the interior of my home, my insurance company dispatched David Nguyen and his crew. From their arrival they were on it. Equal to the storm itself in speed and positive ferocity they controlled and stabilized the damage preventing any further escalation. They removed or opened up only what was necessary in the damaged areas cleaning up as they continued . After the fans and dehumidifiers were in place, David stopped by each day to ensure the drying was proceeding. David answered all my queries with politeness and professionalism that revealed his experience and knowledge. There was NO misdirection or run around talk. The equipment was removed promptly once the areas were dry so no unnecessary rental charge or electrical consumption was added. Corrective reagents were applied to control any mold or mildew. Outstanding is a the word for David and Rainbow International.nnRK Hawkinson P.E.

I highly recommend this company. Very professional, courteous and consciousness. They get the job done and David always answers calls in a timely manner. We have used them twice, first through the insurance company and then on our own. Extremely happy with them.

Fantastic- I am so pleased with Rainbow international of Brockton, I called they called me back right away, had an opening for me the next day which worked for me. They called when they were on their where to let me know. They were so professional, they put covers on their feet before they came into my house, they did everything they said they would., the price was discussed upfront. No surprises !! David and his crew did excellent work!!! Due to a difficult situation beyond his control, his crew had to make several return service trips - and to a very far location. He and his crew were patient and very thorough. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed. I recently experienced water damage in my home due to a refrigerator leak. It was right after holidays and I was not looking forward to the weeks of frustration in repairing the damage. Enter Rainbow Int who came in and immediately starting the drying out process. Our Project Manager David was very on the ball and always available to ease any concerns my wife and I had throughout the process. He was also happy to answer any questions we had and explain the scope of work. The guys onsite (Lenny and Sergio) were professional and respectful of our home. When it came to to floor replacement work we decided to stick with Rainbow and they did a great job. They did not over price and the work that the flooring specialist (Danny) and his team did came out great. I was very happy with Rainbow Int, they really helped guide us thru a rather stressful situation. They took a lot of worry out of our hands and simply got the job done.
