Travelodge by Wyndham Harriman

So I checked in at about 9:30-10pm on a Friday night woke up at about 4am that Saturday went to the restroom and there was cockroaches in the bathroom. I then went to check other places and there was also some. I checked for bed bugs and didn’t see any hopefully. The guy who was working front desk came when I called told me I had to wait to talk to the manager when he came at 9 cause he couldn’t do anything. I packed my stuff and was out of the room by 4:30am the latest. My original check out wasn’t till 11pm. I slept in my car till around 9. I went in and the “manager” was very rude. He told me I should of came at 4am and moved rooms, and asked how he would know that I slept in my car. I told him to check cameras and he said it would take to long. He told me he couldn’t do a refund on his end and I had to contact the booking agency and then he could confirm it and do it. I called them he then went on to say that he wasn’t the manager, I would half to wait till Monday, and said at one point I could of got another room, but then at another point said all of them were full. He went on to say “don’t make me angry” threatening me. This service was absolutely horrible. I asked him to call the actual manager for the solution because apparently it was up to her on the refund. He also tried to tell the booking company on the phone that there was no roaches when I have pictures and that I stayed all night. He reduced to give me the actual managers number and said I wasn’t getting no refund even Monday. He was very unprofessional and not helpful at all. The disrespect was awful. He tried to say he didn’t know how to do a refund after everything but yet gave a older couple a refund of almost 70$ right in front of me while waiting for the booking company to call/email him.

Cant really say too much about this place, I was only there for a couple of hours. Seemed pretty basic. I had a good time though. ud83eudd2d

Good place to stay during the week. Good prices and people that work there

Irs a good hotel nothing fancy but it was okay.

Taking the same way twice was less entertaining. When u took a different route, i found a completely different outcome.
