So my husband and I booked this hotel for a weekend getaway. We got to the hotel and got checked in. When we got to our room the door was open because the door hinge was broken and the door wouldn’t shut. We called the front desk and she put us in a different room. We got in the new room and everything was fine. We were about to go to bed and the sheets on my husbands side of the bed were messed up so he got up to fix them and when he tucked in the sheet there was a needle between the mattresses. That is unacceptable. What if it was open and my husband hit it. We were only there for less than 2 hours and we left and the manager was suppose to call me the next day and did not.
Seriously stay somewhere else if you can afford it. Just a dirty ran down place for no reason. The price pulled me in initially but ended up leaving demanding a full refund and relocated quickly to another hotel. If you are on the road and just looking for somewhere to lay your head before another long driving spell then this is cool. If you are in town to enjoy the city this will make it a bad experience once returning from this beautiful city and it's attractions.
Very clean and modern decorations. The wild hot colors in the elevator, the pictures of men and women on each floor it's just something to look at everywhere you go. My favorite thing about the rooms was the pink bathrooms and there pretty paintings,also extremely soft nice beds.
When we got, we asked them if they still have breakfast. The girl at desk said yes. So, the next morning after we got up and went downstairs, there was no food in the breakfast room. So, we ask the girl about it. She asked us how many. We said 3. She then went to the back of the office and gave us 3 little bags that had a bottled water, a granola bar, and a fruit cup. My husband didn't even get a granola bar. We did use their indoor pool the second night we were there.
Stayed 2 different times during the holidays to and from florida. Starting with the easy check in to the quietness , I slept better than I have in months. Michi was very helpful in whenever I needed something she would jump to make sure I was taken care of from towels to extra bedding for the pull out couch. I was feeling rough when I checked in but being greeted with a smile and a good laugh, the rest of my night was peaceful. She greeted me that morning with a bagged breakfast with amazing muffins! I would def stay here again and recommend anyone else to stay there as well. All were great staff with great rooms! Get the suites they are beautiful
