The staff was very friendly, helpful, and provided great customer service. It makes a HUGE difference when the management and staff are capable of communicating with customers. It also makes a huge difference when the staff has a clear awareness of customer service expectations of people in the Western Hemisphere. This is especially rare and very difficult to find these days! This is the best hotel stay we have had in years. The staff is very, very friendly and quick to respond to guest requests. You can see other hotel reviews I have left other places. These folks look you straight in the eye, have a great attitude, and actually leave you feeling as if someone cares. The rooms were also clean and well-stocked. Thanks for a very enjoyable stay!

Cheap rates. Downtown location. Desk staff will not engage unless you initiate. One single elevator that takes a full two minutes for the door to open when you go to the first floor from any other floor. I have discovered one ice machine that works in a full week stay. A single washer and dryer on the third floor for the entire complex Washer is broken. There is no sign on it. The wifi went out during my stay. I was not informed until I asked Two days later. Two star place. Now I understand why.

I really enjoyed the diner attached. Food was great. Room is clean. Lots of road noise. Other people staying have been noisy all night. Don’t come here to sleep, especially if you are a light sleeper.

Not recommended. Not Covid or family friendly. No on-site parking. Next to a 24-hr diner and karaoke bar. Drunks in parking lot. No breakfast. Price gauging. Large groups in lobby hanging out. Low-end room accommodations.
