Our power goes out at least once per week although sometimes up to 5-10 times. Somehow we get bills for over $300 with no central heat and air on half them time! This is only an $800 a month house!
Really expensive. They charge more for water disposal than they do for the actual water! What if I water my plants? They don't care

Price gouging somehow. We went through over $100 in prepaid service in a week. That means I will be paying roughly $400 a month for an 1100 home.nnAlso, they came out and disconnected my service right after we moved in without actually speaking to me first. Apparently they were going to run my credit and I have a freeze on my accounts so they decided to discontinue it before getting it resolved with me to move from a post paid to a prepaid. Horrible way to do people.
