This place is a bit Wacky but they’re a good company to work for from what I can tell.

Best place to work for. They've treated my husband with the best care when our son was born. They treat their employees better than any plant I've ever seen. The explosion last year was not harmful to the public. This has been proven which results in no one being able to sue the company. People just look for reasons to be immature and make false claims behind a computer screen about anything they can because they have nothing better to do with their time. Wacker has given my husband numerous opportunities for schooling and greater work. They are a great company with great benefits and we are forever thankful for them.

Great opportunity to work with friendly people.

Everyone makes mistakes. Plus what can you expect from a factory that deals with chemicals. Also how is it the factories fault for a workers mistake. Because that doesn't just happen on its own. Maybe some one sabotaged one of the machines who knows? Anyways I still gives you props for doing your best to control the situation at hand. And i live in mallard cove which is like what 7 miles away so...

Management is terrible! Seniority means nothing here.
