Sterling did a great job for me. Nick was able to get to our problem quickly and was extremely professional. He was masked at all times and very respectful of our property. Nick was able to identify the problem, give an accurate quote, and fix the issue quickly. The company is paperless and environmentally friendly. As a woman, I was pleased to be able to support a women owned and operated business in our community. But, as always, it is the results that matter most. Sterling delivered.

Had a stubborn clog in the toilet that we just couldn't get rid of on our own and had to call in the professionals. After reading previous reviews we decided to go with Sterling Craft Plumbing since they were pretty close to home. The sweet lady in dispatch was able to get us an appointment within hours of me calling and then the guys showed up, explained everything they were going to do and got our issue fixed in just a few short minutes. Everyone was super nice and the price was reasonable considering how quickly they got it scheduled and resolved for us. We will definitely be using them again and will recommend to friends and family!

Shortly after I purchased my home, the plumbing began to crumble. My entire house needed to new drains and water lines. It took me a while to save for the job. They honored their quote, which was given to me months earlier. I did get several quotes from others and Sterling had the best price for the job. They are honest, efficient and did an excellent job. It was a pleasure to work with Amanda. She was so understanding in such a stressful situation. I would definitely ask them to come back for repairs and remodeling of my bathroom.

Very pleasant to work with. They were able to schedule me the day after I called. They were on time. Replaced a kitchen and bathroom fixturenin timely manner. Both areas were clean and dry when they left. I highly recommend them and will call them if I need any other plumbing work done.

Sterling Craft Plumbing did an amazing job when the pipes under out sink broke! They were on time and ready to complete the job, which was finished quicker than expected. I really appreciate their dedication to making sure I understood what they were doing and why. I cannot recommend enough!
