I was looking for a new cleaners because a few years ago Master's Mark on Reidville Road lost my favorite linen dress and jacket and destroyed my favorite pair of leather gloves that only needed stitching on two of the fingers and were so rude to me as though it was my fault and offered no compensation at all. My beautician referred me to New Method. Ms. Jean and her staff are awesome and I drive from the Westside of town because I've been in customer service for over 45 years and they are worth the trip. ud83dudcaf%

I took a shirt of my husband's there. It had beautiful buttons that didn't unbutton on the collar that matched the buttons going down the front. They just ripped the buttons off. They promised to replace the shirt until they realized it wasn't the average cheap shirt. Then they said they would replace the buttons. They pulled out some gold metal sailor buttons that didn't even match the shirt. My husband was upset, but not enough to be BANNED. It didn't matter, at that point, because I wouldn't trust them to wash a towel.
