Amazing. Amazing. Amazing. Chill atmosphere and the employees were SO nice. I used their laundering by the pound service and I couldn't be more pleased.

New facility that’s super clean with friendly staff! There’s lots of seating space with desk space to you can do work/homework while you wait. There’s a kid section with books and a kids table and small chairs so kids can be preoccupied comfortably while they wait. They have doors that automatically open at the main entrance which is so helpful when your hands are full. They even have vending machines with snacks and laundry detergent and such. They have a super user friendly app that allows you to add funds to your account to eliminate the use of quarters! It also allows you to pay for the washer/dryer directly from the app by simply scanning the QR code. It even tells you what washers/dryers are available on the app and it tells you how many minutes you have left on your load. You can even opt in for Text notifications so you’ll know when your load is complete. The staff members were so helpful and polite. It makes doing laundry less stressful! Love it here! ❤ufe0f

Wow. This place has solved all of my over due laundry problems!! Not only do they Wash and Dry your clothes according to the tag, But they FOLD them for you too!! Worth every penny. Customer service was excellent and friendly!!!

I just moved from Central Florida to the a building here in Spartanburg without laundry. I brought a small load with me to check the place out...see if it would work out for me.nnAs soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked if I wanted information on how everything works. Being from where I’m from, it caught me off guard but I appreciate people who are nice and helpful. Just have to get used to it. The attendant also told me how to get $10 on my app on the company. I already had the app but couldn’t figure out the $10 so her help was really appreciated.nnOne thing that stood out immediately was the ability to rinse the machine before putting your items in it. ESP right now with c19.nnThe machines and facility are really nice and clean. I really appreciate the ability to use the app with the pandemic and coin shortage going on. And it will be easy to run quick errands in between loads or when my comforter takes an hour to dry with the reminder alert feature that tells you 3 minutes before the load finishes.
