Thank you so very much to the staff on ICU unit! They are so amazing! My Dad ( John Black was a patient on Jan 25 2021) I live in NC a 4 hour drive from the hospital! From the time he arrived at the hospital to the time he passed away they called and kept me updated with his condition as well as procedures! Even up til the last CPR they administered! ( I was on the phone during this process! ) They are so incredible! They took the time to call and keep me informed about every detail! I didn’t get to see my Dad are be there to hold his hand! But in a way I was there thanks to the staff! God bless each one of you! Thanks so much!
My brother is in this hospital 6th floor Nurse Jessi is a wonderful caring person. I drove from Alabama to visit my brother who has cancer. She took time to answer my questions. MB my brother can’t talk so she was so caring an compassionate in the way she attended to him and answered every question.
There are several nurses who are absolutely amazing! All of floor 4 from the nurses, pca's and the custodial staff to the people who bring the food are awesome. EXCEPT ONE! And she is the reason for 2 stars. Her name is Timberly. If you have her as your nurse please get another nurse. She is a liar, she does not do her job, and she disappears for hours on end. No she is not busy at the time of her disappearances, she is busy TALKING to anyone and everyone except her patience.
Don't bother calling to voice complaint. You only get lip service. No one cares. And reading thru the other reviews seems majority agree this is the worst hospital and the staff could not be more rude.
I was in a major car accident and there was a drunk driver involved and the staff did not seem concerned. They kept saying don’t worry about it and turns out the guy who hit me just walked out. I was also there for 7 hours waiting to hear results from xrays which should’ve only taken 1 hour
