Wasnt busy, got what I needed
This is the best Walmart location in the upstate! Always clean. Always lots of products to choose from. Service is as good as it could be for how busy the store always is. I feel this location has better items than the other local Walmart stores. Will definitely return to this location.
Can't locate items in store that are showing on the Walmart as in stock and shown on location within the store. This happens over and over at all locations. No wonder people resort to AMAZON where availability is readily shown and delivery on many items is the next day or two.nKeep up the good and efficient work(HA!) Walmart.
The employees at this particular Walmart store are always helpful, friendly, and I love my chatty favorites. There are a good handful that I totally enjoy. In the early days of the grocery service, one employee even let me know the best times to come and the worst times to select. Good job managers, employing the best people!
I have had issues with my grocery pick up orders coming out with me having 30+ mins of wait time for the past 3 weeks. Yesterday I sat for almost 1hr then was told my order hadn't even been picked yet so I had to go in and do my own order. I understand that sometimes things come up with employees but it is becoming a recurring problem. I have been using grocery pick up for over a yr; it started off being a great experience but now it is not. I appreciate the workers but management needs to step it up to make sure there are enough workers on each shift to fulfill the orders placed.
