Absolutely beautiful hotel! Helpful front desk/concierge. Thorough cleaning staff. Convenient parking garage. Great local dining options. Excellent stay! Hope to plan a trip through Spartanburg again.
Normally this is an excellent place to stay. It is extremely clean and most of the staff is very helpful. This time however I experienced an issue. I found management to be very ineffective. I have stayed here multiple times and I definitely see that they do not appreciate my business.
Throwing epic parties at the Marriott!
Great hotel. The room was cleaned and very spacious but not all rooms have microwaves. Also ask for different pillows if you don’t the down pillow. Front desk staff was kind and courteous, just as expected from a Marriott experience. Bartender was also nice but needs some work on pouring drinks and getting food out to the guest. Would recommend more support behind the bar to bring it up to par with other Marriott. It’s a hard job to do alone. Ballroom for conferences was great and AV people were on point. Would recommend staying from the price of a room and to host conferences in the future.
Stayed Here for the second time and it never disappoints me. The place is nice and clean and the staff is friendly. Everyone in my party enjoyed their rooms.
