Columbia, S.C.

I just traveled by train for the first time from Columbia S.C. to Philadelphia Pennsylvania. The Columbia train station was very comfortable and the employee was very polite and helpful. The seats on the train were quite comfortable and I have Neck and Lower back problems. The Conductor on the train was Polite however all of the Female employees on train 92 were so Hateful and Rude. They could use some training in Hospitality.

The 4 am train from Columbia SC to New York is ALWAYS at least 45 minutes late. I have taken this trip 3 times and it is always late.

App is horrible. An update should not update every time the last update is past the arrival time. Sat in COLUMBIA for over an hour, waiting for an “10 minute delay.” Now sitting here again waiting to board an “on time” train which is currently 45 minutes late, with 10 updates on the app. You’d think AMTRAK would have some ability to be informative of the customers time. I guess that’s why they have no more customers. Today....1 less

Amazing! I have spend 15 minutes trying to figure out how much it will cost me to take the train from point A to point B. But that seems to be impossible. I guess I will travel some other way.
