James from Freedom plumbing arrived promptly at 2pm and was very professional and courteous! He located the 2 issues we had In question with a leak under a kitchen sink and bathroom sink. He explained what he assessed the problem to be and what caused it. He was there about 1.5 hour to fix both leaks and install a new kitchen faucet. WE DEFINATELY will use Freedom again for any plumbing issues! We highly recommend this company!
I called Freedom Plumbing on a holiday weekend (labor day) due to a clogged drain line. The owner, James, called me back and said they weren't able to come out right away but he was super friendly and helpful in giving me tips to hold me over until he could get out. On our scheduled day, the office staff communicated with me, and they actually were able to arrive earlier than originally planned, which was great!nnOnce James arrived, he quickly resolved the clog issue we were having, used his camera system to inspect the exterior drain line, and was able to diagnose the problem with certainty.nnI would highly recommend anyone give Freedom Plumbing a call when you need plumbing help or advice. Great people!
Freedom plumbing is my “go to” plumbing company. They have assisted me as a homeowner with routine maintenance projects as well as an emergency call when I had water going everywhere. I highly recommend James and his team. They are professional and do great work.
I needed a full re-pipe and meter tie-in on an old 1500 sq.ft bungalow. I received quotes from seven plumbing companies and chose Freedom. James and Rob were exceptional to work with. They completed the entire job in only two days and were gone without a trace. Very professional and kind. They are my go-to plumbers from now on!
There was a mixup with scheduling yesterday due to computer issues. I was rescheduled for Monday. Today Mr James (the owner) called me and said he was on his way over to my house to take care of the problem. He took care of everything for me. This will definitely be my Plumber from today on
