I cannot express enough my gratitude for Josh at Cottrell, his customer service is above and beyond any expectation. He was extremely informative, professional, and friendly. Our AC unit had pretty much died on us on a Friday afternoon, he came out and inspected the unit... diagnosed the issue and was able to order parts on Monday to come and repair it. Not only that, but during the weekend he knew it would be too hot so he left us with two portable AC units to get us by... Josh is a great asset to any company and has guaranteed that I do business with them going forward permanently. We are purchasing a new home in the next six months and he will be my go to guy when it comes to getting it inspected. Also, they are VERY, VERY reasonable with costs... the price was basically the cost of the part plus a little for labor... I offered to give more to him personally because I thought the service was so excellent and he instead said the best tip would be to leave this review... which I gladly will do so... he was an amazing guy! Thanks Cottrell for having such great employees!

Quick..Professional.. Dependable! We called after 9am this morning because our heater went out. They scheduled an appointment for 3pm, the same afternoon! Brandon, our service tech actually called to try to reschedule for an earlier time, but unfortunately, we had to stick with 3pm. He was right on time and so sweet. Thank you all for helping us be warm tonight! God bless you all!

Good service, have had a few plumbing issues fixed by these guys. They did a good job at a reasonable price.

Cottrell was the third company I called about servicing our vent-less gas log fireplace. Both of the other companies were more than four weeks out with appointments, but Cottrell had one available within 10 days. The plumber (Micah) called almost 40 minutes ahead of my scheduled window to confirm if anyone was home, showed up earlier than expected, and both she and the gentleman with her with professional and courteous. The service took less than an hour and Micah spent almost 10 minutes explaining the functionality of the system as we had been unable to use the remote that came with the system. Both employees wore masks and shoe coverings the entire time. This was the first time I have used Cottrell's services and will certainly call them first the next time I have any need for plumbing or gas service!

What an awesome and professional company. The entire process from start to finish was seamless. There was not only great communication from the office but the technician as well so I'm very happy to refer anyone to this company. When you get great service at a very reasonable price, they need to be reviewed. My AC repair was due to another happy customer referring. Keep up the great service.
