We (family of 4) used to love the Lexington, SC UNO Pizzeria & Grill but were very displeased with our visit tonight. The service was terrible and the food was mostly disappointing.nnI ordered a beer to start and had to remind our server when the appetizer arrived that I had ordered it. We all ordered waters which were never refilled for the duration of our visit.nnWe have always loved the Shrimp & Crab dip appetizer but tonight it had a very strong, fishy taste (not fresh) and the bread was gummy rather than crisp.nnOne of my children ordered the shrimp scampi. It was watery (pasta not drained?!). It was definitely water, not butter! And when he asked for some bread to eat with it, our server put in an order for the Cheesy Garlic Bread appetizer which took forever to arrive (and charged us $7.49).nnMy other son ordered a sirloin steak which he said was flavorless.nnMy Meatball & Ricotta pizza was good and my wife enjoyed her baked haddock.nnOverall, we felt like our money would have been much better spent at almost any other restaurant in Lexington. Sadly, I don't anticipate visiting UNO again in the foreseeable future.

Very unimpressed.Pozza wasn't even piping hot when it came to table.Have had MUCH better frozen pizzas.

The food here wasn't bad. It was actually pretty good. However, the waitress wasn't actually all that great service wise. She was kind and honest when it came to giving her opinion on what tasted good, but she just wasn't all that concerned with customer comfort, and while waiting to pay for the check, we asked for a tea to go, and she just disappeared. We had to get someone else to get it for us. But four stars for food being good tonight. -1 star for lack of on point service.

I had the best waitress my appetizer was taking forever for us to get so she gave them to us for free. The food took a little long to get. Both the food and the appetizer were good. We ordered dessert and that took so long to get that we they took it off our bill also. The restaurant was not busy I am not sure why it took so long for everything. I will definitely go back because of my waitress.

Service was wonderful! Everyone was so polite, patient, and helpful! Restaurant was very clean, with hand sanitizer at every table. Now about the food! It was delicious! Best pizza I've had in a while! My boyfriend had been before and suggested we go on a last minute dinner date, and needless to say, ILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING. The only thing I can say i disliked is the lack of choices in crust. I, myself, prefer a thick crust. Nevertheless, the deep dish pizza we had was a winner! The cheesy bread was a staple as well! We indulged in a couple of mixed drinks, and let's just say, I was feeling really warm inside upon leaving.
