Wow, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! Got here 3 minutes before 7 pm. Lights are on, open sign is lite up ect. Door is locked. The kid behind the counter won't let me pick up my order. Says it's after 7 pm - EVEN THOUGH THE STORE CLOCK CLEARLY SHOWS ITS ALMOST 5 MINUTES TO 7 pm. I point at the STORE CLOCK and he just holds up his cell phone - this is all through the locked door and him staying behind the counter. He then scurried into the back and turned off all the lights.. SERIOUSLY? The kid looked about 16 and has ABSOLUTELY no idea what customer service is. I'll come back tomorrow and get my stuff - NEVER going back!!!

Really wish I could give negative stars. Tripp’s is by far the WORST cleaners in town. High prices, and terrible service. They gave my entire order to another person and it took a week to get back. The owner doesn’t want to be bothered. They are all rude and never answer the phone. I decided to give them a second chance, to which they failed miserably. All around bad choice. Avoid at all costs.

I am a frequent user of dry cleaners for my work clothes. I have tried to use several companies in Lexington. I have been very pleased with the quality of the work at this location.

Never going there again,nI wouldn’t give any star for many reasons:n1- promised to get my shirts on Monday, and never specified anytime of the day since the drop off was Friday morning. However, they said won’t be ready until 5:30 pm and I had to go to work at 2:00 pmn2- have told one of my shirts’ fee is lower than the others, then they came up with apology saying that I was going to call you to let you know they r gonna charge you same as the othersn3- The worst thing is; the ironing was terrible plus permanent spot on one of my shirts caused by excessive heat.nI am not going back wasting my time argue with non-professional people.nDon’t waste your time, and/or money and save your clothes.
