Cleaned clothes were ready when promised. Staff very friendly.
Counter lady is very rude! ..When I first brought my item in to be cleaned....she did speak or have any mannerisms. So I thought maybe she had a bad day. I went back to pick up my item....Same thing....not a thank you or nothing....she just put my card down on the counter. I told her that her customer service was horrible.nNeedless to say....I will never never come back here.nTo owners....She need some major training..Rude Rude Rude....smh
If you value your clothes plenty do not take them here took a brand new suit there and they messed it up and I gave them another chance and they did the same thing to another brand new pair of shorts and all the rude manager will tell you its not their fault and place the blame on the clothing company I know some clothes are made cheap but a old company like Levi come on, I'll drive across town the next time..
Wont make alterations when you ask them too.
