Very nice lady took care of my shirts. Perfectly done.
Candy has excellent customer service,if it wasn’t for her I would have never gave them a second and third chance. However, the quality of work is absolutely terrible. They have ruined multiple dress pants of mine. First pair they took an inch off the bottom and it looks terrible. The stitching is so bad at the bottom of pants I won’t even wear them at all. They consistently press my pants incorrectly adding a second crease down the front of my pants. If you want it done correctly I would advise you to go elsewhere.
Spots on my curtains and pressed wrinkles into curtains, not out. Won't go back
Today was my first time going to a dry cleaners. I read a review online saying good things about this particular one and decided I would try it out. I entered and the lady at the counter greeted me with a smile (she was on the phone) and asked another lady to assist me. She asked if I was dropping off and proceeded by asking about starch preference. I laughed and told her how it was my first time in a cleaners and she happily informed me on what I needed to know. I dropped off around 11:30 am and was able to pick up this afternoon at 3:30! Great service and the process was simple and smooth. I appreciate simplicity and speed, I will return!nnI recommend this Lexington Dry Cleaners for you! (Based off of a first time experience)
