I came at the end of the shift and received excellent customer service. James was wonderful and so were the staff at the front. I’m not sure why people are so bothered with the staff not wearing masks, what does it matter as long as you have yours on? But that’s besides the point.. Thank you True Value staff, you’re awesome :)
Stopped by because they were on they home, Took 15 gallon propane tank in for refill. That tank was at least half full, the guy put 3.9 lbs in. I watched the meter, proceeded to charge for full tank. I told the cashier he only put 3.9 gallons. She radioed out and he told her it was a full fill, Hope they enjoy that extra 10 bucks they stole. Ill never buy anything from there again, Go to Tractor supply. They wont rip you off !!!!!!!
The staff continues to not wear masks. True for most of the customers, too. There are other places where you can get hardware (perhaps less convenient) with a safer environment. Make your decisions accordingly.nnThey do have a basic selection of what your wood expect and an above average fastener and bolt selection.
Quick and convenient. Little pricey, but lowes is 5 miles. I alsoI like to contribute to this people staying in business.
Very sad to see not one employee wearing a mask. All signage requiring masks has been removed from the door as well. Not sure why this business has made this choice but I can no longer, with good conscience, support them. It's just a mask-protect me and protect you!
