The sales clerks we're very nice. I went there looking for a specific phone. You cannot even enter the store without an appointment. Some one meets you at the door with a security officer. In my opinion, they are taking COVID precautions WAY TO FAR! I just wanted to look at a phone and ask someone some questions!!!! I had a mask on! There were very few people in the store! I was so aggravated, that I went to BestBuy. I bought my phone there!!! The clerks are nice, but customer service needs LOTS OF WORK!
Went to the Lexington Verizon store and it's almost like a surgical suite. Everyone is masked, controlled access to the store with a security guard to have you wait outside until they are ready to help you, and plexiglass shields at every station. Excellent
Love getting all my cell phone needs from this location! They are very professional and answer all my questions and concerns with efficiency. I had the best experience working with Danielle; she was friendly and very easygoing which made my visit here wonderful! I will continue to do business with this location and company.
