Not sure they even deserve one star this year.nBut I had to do that to be able to post anything. We ordered tickets online for 2 adults and 2 kids. The kids are 8 and 4. They were looking forward to boo n the zoo and the site is really misleading. The site says buy tickets so we did but got there at 1 which was our time and they told us that the trick or treating doesnt start till after 3. So they wouldn't give us a refund or even schedule us for another night so the kids could do the trick or treating. On top of that even half the animals aren't even on exhibit right now. It's a total Rip off. We usually go to the boo n the zoo every year but this makes me wonder if we will go back. Had 2 very upset little girls today..

Dry as hell...don't waste your time and/or money. The animals and my child were equally underwhelmed.

Tried to buy tickets for the boo in the zoo no time available when I went to the gate a girl walk up to us we were the only blacks asking if we had tickets
