Matt came out on a Sunday afternoon, the day after we discovered our water heater leaking in the utility closet of our guest bedroom. He arrived promptly, introduced himself and we went right to work. He was very knowledgeable about all the different fixtures, components and configurations, was very courteous and efficient. But best of all, you could tell he CARED about his work; and there was no way he was going to steer us wrong in our efforts. Today, a rarity in this line of business. A consummate professional! Will definitely reach out to him when we start our house renovations in the Fall! Thanks Matt! As they say in the Navy for a job well done - BRAVO ZULU!

What a pleasure to engage with this group! From the scheduling and follow-up prior to the appointment - everything was professional, courteous, and friendly. When Kevin got here things only got better. Explained his process and listened to our concerns/issues/needs. Spent the entire day with Kev getting even more than we anticipated accomplished. Took his time to work with us Yankees and explain the ways of the South!nn01/19/2021nWhat smell? Once again The Plumbing Experts got it right. Kevin got our porcelain thrones back in the game and sitting right! On time, professional, and entertaining (you don't pay extra for that!). Who knew TB12 was Tampa Bay 12!

My husband & I have used Ben Franklin Plumbing quite a few times now. Today we needed repairs on two water closets/toilets. I LOVE BEN FRANKLIN PLUMBING! We were lucky to get 2 gentlemen today, Matt & Kendall. The personnel they have are ALWAYS so friendly, experienced, knowledgeable and informative, and careful & clean while in your home. I NEVER worry when I call them to fix or install something because they take the time to train their people AND most importantly, they stand behind their work. I know if I have ANY issues with the work done (which I never have), they will take care of them. Thank you, Ben Franklin, for ALWAYS being there for us!

We discovered that we had no hot water. We originally called the person that we normally use for these kind of things; but the person did not call back. We decided to give Ben Franklin Plumbing a call and we were scheduled for later in the morning. It was raining HEAVILY during most of the time John and his crew were working, but they did not let it slow them down. Service was EXCELLENT and John was personable, but focused of getting our hot water heater installed and working properly.It felt so GOOD to turn the faucet and have hot water.

We have worked with The Plumbing Experts twice already. Once was for a scheduled water heater replacement and installing a water line to our new fridge. The other time was for an emergency call on a Sunday to repair a leaking pipe. Both times we worked with plumber Kevin Connolly, and have had a phenomenal experience! Kevin is very knowledgeable and experienced, and has a great way of explaining the issues/problem and what options we have to approach it. Each time we have called this company, the receptionist/dispatcher has always been very friendly and informative. We highly recommend The Plumbing Experts and plumber Kevin Connolly!
