I had the pleasure of having Danny and Pat from Dipple Plumbing come out to a home I recently purchased and needed every toilet replaced as well as upgraded water fittings on every water connection for sink and toilet. This was a huge job, and I feel like they really did a great job and took their time to make sure everything was right. I would recommend anyone looking for Plumbing services to have these guys come out, I will be reaching out to Dipple Plumbing for all of my home services they offer going forward. I was very impressed. Everyone I have dealt with from Dipple has been extremely professional as well.
Dipple installed a new heating and cooling system in my house. Dipple was 1 of 4 competitors I quoted with and they won the business based on flexibility in negotiation. The pricing was reasonable based on my equipment and labor hour research I did. Only one other competitor had a better price but Dipple was willing to reduce below that quote but they were close in cost anyway. The installation crew was excellent and very professional. The guys went beyond making everything perfect even if it was a little more labor intensive. I hope the service and warranty will be as good as the installation but in am confident they will. We have used Dipple for plumbing and electrical for over 10 years and we would not imagine using anyone else. Josh just left gand fixed our electrical problem immediately. We never resent paying Dipple because we know it is RIGHT every time.nnToday (12-8-20) Billy West installed our new bathroom faucet and Billy did his usual EXCELLENT job. He is polite, thorough, conscientious and cleans up after completing the job. He is an outstanding plumber and human being.
Adam at Dipple installed a shower and prepared the plumbing lines so a contractor could finish a basement bath. He also installed a sewage ejector pump. He was very good at explaining and answering any questions I had. All employees, including Nathan and Samantha who I spoke to over the phone, were very friendly. Thanks to all of you for making coordination of this work a pleasant experience.
We purchased a new unit in February. It was timenfor our heating inspection so, Craig B came out and did a great job. He was on time, very informative , and did a great job with our inspection. Very pleased with the services we have received from Dipple and we will continue to use them in the future!
