Robert was very professional I needed my drain line replaced and he was called out on a Thursday morning. By Saturday morning him and his crew were ready to work and very professional. I would definitely use this company again. I've even recommended this business to a couple of my friends.
Michael did an excellent job about keeping me updated when he would arrive. He quickly found that it was my faucet that was leaking, went and got one and replaced it within a few minutes. He is very knowledgeable about plumbing.
I can't tell you enough how I appreciate Michael Milford with Duckett Plumbing. He arrived on time and was polite, knowledgeable and was on task. I have used Duckett Plumbing for many years and have never been disappointed. Always professional..polite and task completed without further issues. Best in town. I especially appreciate them woking me in in a Saturday!
Very fast and responsive. No sooner that I hit send and Scott called my phone to discuss my issue. And this was on a Saturday. Michael came out that afternoon, quoted a price for replacing and upsizing a water heater. He came out the next day (Sunday) and installed the new water heater quickly. The price was the price. No nickel and dime over miscellaneous parts, fittings, etc. Work was done professionally. The price was reasonable. I certainly would use Duckett again.
This was the worse plumbing experience I've ever had. I recommended them to my mother and the guy charged her over $600 dollars for a $180 job. And the owner seemed to not care at all. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBING COMPANY! If I could give them 0 stars thats what they'd get!
