Excellent service, came on a Saturday of a holiday weekend and got the hot water heater repaired quickly so we did not have to go without hot water for days. Fair and accurate price quote. Russ was outstanding, stayed until almost 7pm on a Saturday to finish the job which meant a lot. Very knowledgeable
Installed a new gas line for the kitchen. Was very kind, made sure all burners on my stove worked. Taught me how they set up no am very pleased ud83dude00 with their work. I’ve met 2 of their employees and they were polite and answered all my questions. Very honest.
I am giving a rating for the service I received, but am disappointed in my quote. They came out and looked at my problem very quickly and very friendly. But, I did not decide to go with them.nnBut, i recommend everyone to always get a quote from multiple companies. I got 3 different quotes and Mr. Rooter was by far the most ridiculous price.nnTo replace a 1,000 feet water line, I was quoted $25,000 by Mr. Rooter.. that is just ridiculous. You can not expect someone to just have that money lying around.nEven with it being a difficult job, that is still a crazy number. (For example, another company quoted me $10,000)nnI do appreciate the quickness in coming out and the friendliness of the plumber.
The Crew at Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Greenville define World Class Excellent Customer Service. Locally owned, very professional, on time, and provided several cost options to solve my plumbing problem. Russ, the plumber that saved the day, was phenomenal. If I could rate them higher than 5-Stars, I would. Solid A+ experience, will use them again for all/any plumbing issues!
Nick H was so super helpful, friendly, and professional. He fixed both of our toilets so quickly and graciously answered all of our questions. I could not recommend him any more highly! Excellent experience.
