It was closed when we arrived on a Sunday in March. A sign posted outside says it will open in April. We were sorry we missed it.
What an interesting history this quaint little town has
Sadly it was closed even though the sign indicated it was during business hours. There was no indication as to why. We were really looking forward to seeing it as my father is a train buff.
We visited saluda for the day went up and ate..nSpent the day looking around in all the different shops..nIt was a very good time.. The people are very friendly and we didn't have any problems.. We enjoyed the museum and being out in the open.. Our day in Saluda and the Historic district was a great day..nWe didn't take any pictures and I'm not even sure why but we highly recommend it.ud83dude01
