Use another dry cleaner!!!!!!!!!! They burned my wool cap from Ireland, lied about it, and where only willing to pay half the cost to replace.nWhat made me furious was all the lying. First story was that the new orange/brown stain was because of age. The second story was that when you clean wool it turns brown even if you clean it with water.nI expected that they had burned it with chemicals. I was wrong when I got it back I found that it had shrunk as well. So they must have put it down on something hot while it was still wet.nI never received an apology or an admission of error. It took me six trips back just to get the burnt cap back. Not only will they ruin your close they will waste your time in returning them.nnFirst story was that the new orange brown stain was because of age.
