Excellent service reasonable prices
This place is great! They are very friendly and professional. I brought a suit in for cleaning and they did a spectacular job and got it don’t promptly. Prices are very fail for the quality of the service. It’s rare to find great customer service today and they have it. I won’t go anywhere else for my dry cleaning needs. I highly recommend making them your only source for every dry cleaning needs.
Super polite. My son's JROTC uniform was perfect! My husband's dinner jacket was clean and perfect. Will definitely be going back. Forever customer. Totally reasonable as far as price. Easy to get into and as long as you go out the back way and take the light by Moe's, you're golden.
DO NOT DO IT!!!!!!!!!nnTerrible customer service, and unprofessional staff.nnI took in 3 coats and they damaged one of them, the store manager told me that he will not pay for my jacket, and that he din't care if I wrote a review on him. So, here it is.nMasters Mark store on Haywood road is the worst experience that I've had, DO NOT DO IT. They do not care about the costumer, and if they damage something, they will say it wasn't their fault and leave you hanging.
