Incredible customer service. Easy to use. Come right out to your house for pickup and delivery, and the prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend
I love BP cleaners, they always do an incredible job with my clothes and they’re ready so much faster than other cleaners downtown. I can leave them in the morning and pick them up in the afternoon sometimes, they’re that fast. And they do free delivery! I’ll keep coming back.

Not a great experience. Took my wife’s wedding dress in. Went to pick it up and it had stains still on it, some of which I pointed out when I dropped it off. I understand not everything can come out, but these people are supposed to be professionals. They kindly took back the dress to work on it at no charge (manager’s words). I go to pick it up the next day and they had charged me again. I told them about the charge for the work that was supposed to be for no charge and got a receipt for a refund. Later that same day, they charged me a second time for the work that was supposed to be for no charge! So they charged me twice for a redo of their own work that I was told was going to be for no charge. And they are in no rush to give me my money back. DO NOT keep a card on file with them. They charge it when they want.
