Very nice and clean, bathroom could use soap. Customers are pleasant, no one bothers you, theres no drama, prices are fair around 2.75 a medium wash

Clean. Change machines work. Bathroom available. Soap machines work. Generally quiet. Modern machines. No attendant, all on camera. I go there to do my laundry.

On Friday, Januray 17th, I reported that two machines that I used to wash were malfunctioning, Machines 85 & 86. Both machines, I had to add water to the wash cycle. Machine 85 in particular, when the wash cycle began, was loading the water from the fabric softener dispenser, bypassing the powder detergent in the dispenser. Even as I added water, it seemed that none of the water added was reaching the clothes. I had to use another machine to wash my clothes and I had to buy more soap from Galloway Glenns Coin Laundry because I had ran out. In the picture of the letter attached, Galloway Glenns Coin Laundry that the machines are working. At the time I was their washing, this was not true.

I decided to try this particular laundromat on 01-05-2020. The floors were dirty, they need to clean between the outside of the washing machines (covered in huge clumps of lint, dust and cobwebs between the machines, and trash on the floors between the machines). The cost to wash and dry is ridiculously high (I did NOT add the cost of laundry soap, fabric softener, scent beads and dryer sheets!). It appears that they might be using recycled wash water or, they're just not cleaning the inside of the washing machines on a regular basis... my clothes came out of the washing machines smelling like stagnant, moldy water despite the fact that I used Tide Sport Odor Eliminator liquid laundry soap, Snuggle Lavender & Sandalwood in-wash scent beads and matching scent Snuggle liquid fabric softener. SMH. It took 3x's longer for a half of a load of laundry to get dry in the dryers. Needless to say, I will not wash my laundry at this particular location anytime soon again. My experience there was not an enjoyable one, to say the least.
