Definitely not casual. AWSOME Laundromat. Don't get me wrong, this gal will tell you what washer to use etc. She will come find you 2min before the machine is done, even if you are in the store next door. IF YOU WANT CLEAN, WORKABLE MACHINES, and can handle an alpha female, definitely patronize this laundromat.

Great environment ,clean and affordable, and very sanitized.
This is by far the best kempt laundromat I have ever been to. The owners care about their machines and the cleanliness of their store. People in other reviews have said they're pushy and rude, but those people have obviously never been outside of the USA lol. IMO the owners are extremely polite and kind.
All these good reviews must be fake, because these people are rude, pushy, hover over you, tell you how to do your own laundry, and like many people say won't let you dry if you don't use their washing machines. I hate this place and wish there was another close by. I use a clothesline rather than go here. Screw these people.
