Very nice hotel with big, clean rooms. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds and great location. Close to many restaurants. Grab and go breakfast due to Covid.

Room and staff very nice and helpful. 3 things were a bother. 1st, I had upgraded to a 2 room suite b/c I had stayed in another BW Plus that had a wet bar/kitchen w full size fridge and sink. This did not, just a lot of extra space which I didn't care about. 2nd, there was an infestation of ladybugs...harmless but...n3rd, the bathroom, the door was sticking on the floor when opened...not a huge problem. And shower curtain rod was sagging so the plastic rings kept sliding towards the center when showering.
Went back for a stay and was refused because I was a local. What exactly does that mean?
