There is no self parking at this location. They only offer valet parking for an additional $15. They also gave me a wonderful view overlooking the large cemetery next door. However the rooms are decent and relatively clean. The location is good, but next time I spend the night in Greenville, I will be looking to stay elsewhere.
Great value. Studio room was very large and seemed new. Staff was competent and friendly. Excellent location for downtown restaurants.
Incredibly kind and caring staff. Clean, great location. Can be a little hard to find from the street and they don't have parking. You can do valet or park across the street for $7 a day.
Location is great! Room is spacious, however, the cleanliness was questionable. Valet parking is your only option unless you want street or garage parking which can be frustrating if you don't know Greenville. On New years Eve an intoxicated couple was fighting in the lobby hallway and it was incredibly audible and uncomfortable for everyone. When we got into the elevator...it was grossly reeking of the smell of marijuana. We had our 8 year old with us and this was unacceptable. A lot of people are complaining about the breakfast. It's not great but it's our new normal with Covid-19, I get it.nForgot to mention the front desk staff....they were great and very friendly. One of the housekeeping employees was very unprofessional to me in the hallway. His manner and casualness with me was unsettling and embarrassing.nProbably won't be back.
I stayed here for a few nights. It is a wonderful place to stay. You almost get a full kitchen minus something to cook on. I had a upstairs neighbor who was noisy, I told the front desk and they offered a room change. If you do a lot of extended stays, this is the place.
