Unbelievable caring friendly helpful people and no I don't know anyone in advance. They were the most helpful polite people I've met in years unbelievable in this day and age .I will stay here again .thanks again to the nice woman at the desk when I slept till 11 found me directions to the lnPost office told me to relax dont worry about the time and made it possible for me to still get everything done 5 stars
Loved the price, but i dont think i will stay here again.. Too much back and forth. I saw too many things that were off, albeit late it seemed as though it was common sense that i didn't make a mess for someone to clean up. Then I was treated as though I made the mess. I was blamed for dirtying up the bed and the bathroom after being in the room for less than a day. Yes my fault for not inspecting the room before fully checking in, but I didn't think I had to.
If I could Rate zero stars I would. The mount Clerk is a gem she should be working at a 5 star hotel and not having to deal with management such as this one. The second night in my room I seen not one but two roaches! Unacceptable. I checked out the next morning and my card was still charged. The manger is Rude and had NO professionalism about herself at all. This place needs to be sir down! I would NOT recommend
I was in need of certain changes to my booking. The staff was courteous and gladly accommodated me as requested. Debra was such a big help and provided me with excellent customer service
Deborah was super helpful and had great customer service skills. She was the first face we saw when we walked in and she made the stay a very enjoyable experience!
