I don't write many reviews - but- I am compelled to comment on this experience. My truck was pretty dirty - some mud in the wheel wells and on the tires after the heavy rains that we had. I went through the wash and it did not totally come clean. I suspected that I didn't get the undercarriage spray. The manager Kenny very pleasantly and politely checked his equipment -which was working properly. The operator Edward sprayed my wheel wells really well and they allowed me to go through the wash again. Both Kenny and Edward were very professional and courteous.Thank you, Guys... I sincerely appreciate the great service. I will be back.

Filthy ,, trash everywhere and had to to go to 4 different vacuums b4 I found one that worked , barely,,,,, won't go back

1/6/21 - update no other issues since the last previous negative experience. Love that I can drive there as I get ready, with monthly service fee.nnSince switching cars lift bar doesn’t work every time I have come past 4-5 times. Need to have updated in system to work that’s what I pay monthly for to lift upon approach. Each time the worker assured me it would be taken care of. And again today I was stalled at the gate to no avail, having to wait to have worker check account. Even suggested one side wasn’t working so backed up to try other side still didn’t work. Beyond frustrating

This place is awesome! I absolutely love their fast pass system, i can come in everyday and keep my car clean. Ask for Ryan he will make sure your car wash experience is a great one!

This location is extremely well maintained. I have a monthly pass that I use mainly at the woodruff rd location but their right side spinner hasn’t been working leaving my car half dirty. I decided to try this location and exceptionally amazed by their professionalism and superior quality.
