One top tier wash is $20 so it's obviously a great deal!!**nIt's been my favorite spot to wash and detail my car since they built this location years ago. The vacuums are always working great and there's plenty of slack to reach my entire mini van without a struggle. They always have detailing rags available. And my kids love the drive thru, even on the cheapest wash option you get the cool multi color foam and lights
Rude people work here. As usual when I go here, there are never any drying towels on the cart. I went around to what appeared to be an office and went in to ask. I instantly got berated by an employee for not knocking first. He actually went into a lecture about “common courtesy” and entering spaces without knocking. The area looked like an office as most businesses have one. Nothing posted about “do not enter”, “private”, or “knock first”. I was taken back by this employee’s behavior. I can take my business where it is appreciated.
I had my car washed a week ago today and the young man only rinsed the left (driver) side of my car and not the right. Aren't both sides supposed to be rinsed before entry?nnAs I excited the car wash the seal from the roof of my Nissan came off from the harsh overhead washing. I immediately told someone and filed a damage report. I also made it known that the seal was in the car wash because I saw it as it was being blown by the powerful blowers. He said he couldn't find it. That's because he didn't look! My report was filed at the same time as another woman was filing a report for her windshield wipers.nnI was told I'd get a call back from the manager in 72hrs. I've called at least 3xs now to be given the run around as to why the manager hasn't called back yet. So I'm just going to bite the bullet and take my car to Nissan to replace it because this car wash isn't going to fix it. Going forward I will hand wash it or take it to a professional car wash where adults are working who will see to it that customers are taken care of professionally. There's no shade against the young men working but they need to be trained correctly!nnI say all that to say I will NOT be using this car wash again and I don't recommend you to either. Unless you're ok with a half wash and no communication when damage is done!
Got a good wash but had a small problem on first run. Told manager and he let me run through again to fix. Worked great. Will def use again.
I don't write many reviews - but- I am compelled to comment on this experience. My truck was pretty dirty - some mud in the wheel wells and on the tires after the heavy rains that we had. I went through the wash and it did not totally come clean. I suspected that I didn't get the undercarriage spray. The manager Kenny very pleasantly and politely checked his equipment -which was working properly. The operator Edward sprayed my wheel wells really well and they allowed me to go through the wash again. Both Kenny and Edward were very professional and courteous.Thank you, Guys... I sincerely appreciate the great service. I will be back.
