Great job cleaning car. They did direct me to walk to my car near the exit of the car wash rather than out in the parking area like usual because it was raining and this area was covered from the rain... only problem was the ground was slick where they just cleaned the exterior (shining tires, washing windows;etc.) And I fell. Not one person tried to help me up or apologize. I was very disappointed in that.
1st time at Main Street yesterday. Great service, great wash. Hand dried-did my wheels and tires.nCouple bucks more than the other places but well worth it!nGreat wash!
I've been twice. The 1st time I got the best $30 package w/Smell Good sprayed in the cab. They did very well but sadly No Smell Good Spray :(nThe 2nd time I was 3rd in line and watched the lady stop and get out. Opened up her hatch back then Driver #2 pulled up and hit her against her own car. She screamed and driver #2 stopped back up towards me and she turned and looked at the driver a laser. Be careful when its your turn. When my car came out and the crew started wipping it down they ended up with something on their rag that left streak marks on the paint and glass. I want to return a 3rd time and ask them to please do it right.
There is a reason for the long lines & frequent long wait...they do as good of a job as I do on our cars (which says A LOT)! Well worth the wait & @ a very reasonable price. You can tip well ;)
The wait was very short and they did an exceptional job on my dirty car. Once they were finished my car shined like new money.
