Completely the worst place to get ahold of anyone. When you do get through to someone, if they can’t answer your question they just hang up on you. You wait on hold for 2+ hours and no one will give you the same answer. It is completely unacceptable to hang up on anyone!
I keep applying and keep getting denied, and I make less then the income status for 2, then I get paid every 2 weeks and the case work adds them up like I get paid every week. So know I'm waiting again and they have all my information and still have made me wait when it's there mess up, not mine.
The young lady at the door was very nice and very helpful..
The staff was so helpful with patient.
