As a property manager for a large property management group, I have to say this court house is the quickest in serving our evictions. The staff is A+ with communication, judges are understanding and ethical. The secretaries are easy on the eyes so 5 stars is a must.
This by far is the most efficient court house in the county. My husband and I own several properties throughout the county and have filed in every summary court. This one is the fastest and most helpful. The staff is amazing as they go above and beyond to help any and everyone. The clerks are very professional and proficient and well put together. We love that our evictions are served immediately as we have to wait up to a month in the other courts. Thanks for all your help ladies!
Would not answer a phone call. Closing time is 5:00. Not 4:55. Need to improve costumer service.
I don't understand how these judges know how these slumlords rent these trailers and don't keep them up but rule for the landlord. I was evicted for failure to pay rent after three weeks late, but the real reason is because I complained to the landlord over water leaks and unsanitary conditions. The judge wouldn't even look at my messages I printed off and gave me and my eighteen month old baby five days to vacate. I have proof I pay my rent on time. Every month. I'm not letting this go, I will pursue this till the end. I was warned about the hypocrite bible belt when I moved here. Pathetic.
