You just got Cocunut Mall'd
I love Bell's Crossing Elementary. They are wonderful and a great group of people. However, I would never allow a child to go to Welcome Elementary. My 5 year old granddaughter was accused of being racist and she did not even know what that was. She has an aunt and uncle that are black and it never occurred to her that they were different. My son and I were both shocked that she had to learn what this was from school.
These people that think that this district is wonderful are lost. I'm someone who transfered from D. R. Hill Middle School in District Five Schools of Spartanburg County in 2016. My experience was horrible. Although it isn't as bad right now, overall, I think these borderline authoritarian maniacs ruined my school life. If you are thinking about moving here, I warn you, it's going to be an ordeal.
I just don't like them.
The district office is well laid out and the desk staff is always helpful.
