The hotel is GORGEOUS!!! I want my bathroom to look like the one in my room, but what actually got this to a 5 stars for me was the AMAZING staff. Connie and the rest of the staff has genuinely gone ABOVE and beyond for our stays, farther than anyone hotel staff I've ever stayed at. Staff has gone to pick up food for us, adjusted hours to make our stay more comfortable, and never said no to any request. I've never been on a first name basis with hotel staff before but they are so friendly and considerate! Stay. Here.
Very nice, new hotel.nEverything is clean and looks very inviting.nThe manager Cheryl always had a helping hand for us.nConnie the receptionist does an exceptional job! If she ever switches to another hotel then I'll switch too ;)nnWe were here for two months and it was a very pleasant stay. We will be back again!
Modernized and updated the rooms are comfortable and roomy. Beds and pillows match the price point. The continental breakfast was sufficient but lack luster with prepackaged foods...yuk.nCheck in and out were smooth with very friendly comfortable service. Didnt try the bar even though we were traveling with kids. Lol.nWould definitely stay again.
In the heart of Sumter, no place better. Walking distance to multiple bars and restaurants. Staff is amazing and helpful.
The hotel and the town it's in are very nice with great atmosphere. Just don't forget your medication in the room because they will pocket it or toss it. I know for a fact I left my bottle in the room and they insisted it wasn't there.
