Earlier in the day I had discovered that my toilet became clogged . I gave it a few hours , tried plunging it , and with no luck decided to call Rotor Rooter. They said they would have someone out before 9pm. At around 730 is a nice man named Ron showed up at my door. I showed him where the issue was and wen right to work. He was extremely nice and very helpful. He did an awesome job and I new we were in good hands at first introduction. He got the job done the easiest and cleanest way possible. Rotor rooter should be honored to have such a nice “people person” working for them ! He clearly is a valuable asset to the team and I hope they are aware . I would definitely use them again ! Thank you !
I am so outstandingly impressed! I have never had to use a service like this and the technician Carmelo was hands down an incredible and exemplary professional! He knew exactly what was going on and more over the personable approach he brought to the job was second to none. I made an appointment on Monday for the next Wednesday; however, I received a telephone call a few hours later saying that an opening had happened and I could get my repair done that day. This was very convenient and much appreciated.nnThe plumber quickly assessed the problem with the toilet and repaired it promptly. All in all it was an excellent experience.
Ronaldo the plumber from roto rooter came to my house and was very kind and respectful. I am happy they sent him to me.. If I have another problem with my house I want him to come over. His services were outstanding and taught me how to take care of my drains. Worth every dollar
