We’ve been a Jaysan customer for at least 20 years. Very reliable and always pleasant to deal with. I wouldn’t want any other company.

This company delivered propane to me for nearly 20 years. Was happy with the service until recently. I used them for a water heater replacement and that was a mistake. The tech they sent had no idea what he was doing. Long story short it was a horror show lasting several weeks. I ended up dropping them. When I switched I found out immediately they were ridiculously over priced. I paid nearly .50 cents less per gallon the minute I fired them.nn3/6nSince the folks at Jaysan responded to my first post I will elaborate.nnThe condition at my house the person is referring to is a water pressure of 20/40. Those with a well will understand. 20/40 is at the low end of pressure for a well in the area. The system they installed had internal settings for just this case. The installing technician did not know of this and told me I needed to switch my water pump to a pump that had at least 30/50 pressure. I spent 2,000 dollars installing a new pump and tank and their system still did not work. They came back out and working with tech support at Ranai they figured out that the system was set up incorrectly. They did make a settlement with me but it still cost me several hundred dollars out of my pocket for their product which caused me several weeks of no hot water not to mention the 2k on the well pump I did not need. Bottom line is the tech was poorly trained and it caused my wife and I weeks of discomfort and thousands of dollars.

I've been a JaySan gas customer for several years. They have always been very easy to work with and responsive when ever I called them. Mostly they show up and deliver gas and there isn't a reason to call. Recently the delivery driver ran over a landscaping tie in my yard and the truck tore up my old rail road tie. A few days later with out even a phone call from me someone from JaySan showed up, put in a brand new landscaping tie and took the old one away. I didn't even notice it at first and had to ask my wife who replaced it.nnThis is a company that stands by what they do. They are honest, straight forward and easy to work with.nnI especially liked that when I did call to say thank you someone just answered the phone. I didn't have to press 2 for this and 1 for that.

Despite my last review I have changed my mind on this company, they ar every considerate and help you the best they can even during big storms and hard times. I can’t recommend them enough 10/10
