Phone numbers are impossible to contact customer service. Hey BCA everyone already knows about COVID don't need to hear another five minute recording to be put back on hold. Dealer net work? Where do you find a dealer? Site is well useless. I will have no choice but to look elsewhere sorry from a guy who wants to buy USA that lives in South Carolina.

i gave it 1 star because i cant give it 0. my BCA bike is very bad. i went for a bike ride and i consistently have to fix it
DO NOT BUY A BIKE OF THIS BRAND...every time I ride my BCA bike I can’t enjoy the ride because the chain falls off every 5 minutes and when I get home my hands are black from the chain...DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON ON OF THESE BIKES...
