I called early afternoon and they were there within an hour, despite being warned it may be a while because they were booked. They quickly identified the problem (sadly, we needed a new water heater) and were able to take care of it same day. Very friendly and performed quick work; my wife and I were incredibly pleased.

Called about a leak under my kitchen sink. They were at my house within 30 minutes and I had a new garbage disposal 30 minutes later. I couldn't be more pleased. Very friendly staff!
